Celebrating 95 Years! - Saturday, 30th June 2018

This year, Fr. Brendan, Fr. Aloysius and. Fr. Laurence together celebrate 95 years of priesthood.

To celebrate these years and in the hope that it may encourage more vocations to the priesthood, the three priests will concelebrate the 6.00pm Vigil Mass in St. Teresa's Church on Saturday, 30th June 2018.

To continue our celebration, as a parish family, light refreshments will be served in the parish centre immediately after Mass.

Everyone most welcome!


First Saturday Devotions - Saturday, 7th July 2018

First Saturday Devotions will take place in the Holy Family Church, Limestone Road & St. Matthias' Church, Glen Road, on Saturday, 7th July 2018.

3pm Holy Hour, Confessions, Consecration to Our Lady and 4pm Mass.


Family Fun Day - Sunday 24th June 2018

In Celebration of the World Meeting of Families, a Family Fun Day is being held by 'The West Belfast Pastoral Community' beginning with a Prayer Service in St. Michaels Church at 2.00pm and continuing with all sorts of Family Fun activities from face painting, bouncy castles, theme park rides , all in St. John the Baptist School.

Everyone Welcome! It's going to be a great celebration. Bring the Children, bring the Grandchildren, bring the Great Grandchildren!


ALL THE VERY BEST TO OUR MARATHON TEAM TODAY !!!!!       WE THANK THEM FOR THEIR GREAT EFFORTS IN RUNNING THE MARATHON FOR MUCH NEEDED PARISH FUNDS

AVILA FLYERS

Fr Aloysius, Liam Magee, Michael Magee and Peter Crozier will be running the Belfast Marathon on Monday 1st  They will be raising funds for the parish. 

If you would like to sponsor  The Avila Flyers there will be envelopes at the back of the churches or please contact 02890612855.

We wish them all the best in their training and on the day...!!!!!


The Parish Centre Committee would like to thank everyone who so generously donated prizes for our Easter raffle.
